As most of the material I have written or worked on is commercially sensitive, I am unable to publically acknowledge it here. This section contains a small selection of examples of online and offline content that I have written, edited, proofread or managed for a range of audiences and customers.

Writing

Including glossaries, dictionary entries, FAQs, tutorials, business plans, user guides, house styles, proposals, specifications, requirements documents, newsletters, reports, process documents and online articles.
Editing and re-writing
Including marketing campaigns and mailshots, reports, articles, statistical information, books, business plans and CVs.
Proofreading

Including fliers, posters, information leaflets, marketing collateral, product sheets and promotional items such as CDs.
Online content management
Including managing re-designs and the introduction of content management systems, conducting content audits and migrations, managing web teams and developing house styles and branding guidelines.
